textbooks again
I ordered 10 of my 11 textbooks for this semester, for ~$120. Hopefully they all come in time, and in the condition as described.

I may have to go see Inception again, because it was THAT awesome!
A bunch more classes opened up today, so I changed my schedule, for the 4th time. hehe :) Now I have HIST 100 (American History) which I wanted, and no more 3 hours long night classes. HUZZAH!

A Realization
Today I realized that while I’m leaving the things I don’t like about high school, my town, and living at home, I’m also leaving the things I love.
My best (and pretty much only) friend is leaving in 2 weeks. I don’t know if I’ll have piano lessons ever again. I won’t have an income (goodbye independence). I’ll miss my dogs. I can’t come home a lot...

I’m reading this book called, “How to Survive Your Freshman Year” and it’s telling me things I’ve never even thought about college before. And frankly, it’s making me a little nervous/anxious/excited/sad.

One of my summer goals was to read all the books in the massive pile in my room. Deep down, I knew this goal was impossible, and so it is. However, I’ve decided on the few I will read before school starts. I’ve been told that there’s no time for personal reading in college. I’m going to try though.
